Here is how
we can help...
Debt Management Plans
A Debt Management Plan is tailored to help an individual make
reduced repayments to their creditors over a number of years.
Repayments are based on what is affordable to the client after
income and expenditure have been calculated.
-
Ideally suited for debts between £5000 - £15000
-
Relatively easy to set up
-
Fees & Interest may continue from creditors
-
Allows reduced payments to be made over a number of years
Individual Voluntary Arrangement (IVA)
-
Ideally suited for debts over £15000
-
Write off up to 75% of the overall debts
-
Debt free within 3 - 60 months
-
Safeguards House & Car and avoid the consequences of
bankruptcy
Monthly Contribution IVA
This is where the individual offers monthly voluntary
contribution payments for a period of up to five years. The
amount that is offered is whatever the individual can
reasonably afford, can be as little as £250 per month and will
usually be substantially less than the debt repayments that
were previously being paid. At the end of the five year period
the IVA is concluded and the remainder of the creditors debts
are written off.
Lump Sum IVA
An alternative to a voluntary contribution IVA, the lump sum
IVA involves the payment of a one off lump sum in full
settlement of the debts. Such a proposal may be suitable where
a family member is prepared to make a one off payment that
generates a higher dividend than if monthly payments were made
or where there is equity in a property that can be
re-mortgaged. A lump sum IVA may be attractive to creditors,
as it will enable them to be paid in a matter of months rather
than waiting for up to five years.

CreditExpert from Experian ®:
CreditExpert is the online credit monitoring and identity
fraud protection service from Experian, a leading UK credit
reference agency.
Lenders see your credit report when they decide whether to
give you a loan, mortgage or credit card. You should check it
regularly to ensure it is up to date and reflects your credit
track record accurately, so you can make better-informed
decisions when you apply for credit and are more likely to get
the deals you want.
How CreditExpert works:
You should know as much about yourself as any financial
institution does. CreditExpert shows you what a lender sees -
and more. Every time you apply for credit or a loan, that
request is recorded. Multiple requests can look as if you are
over-extending yourself or a fraud is being committed. If you
are looking for a good credit deal or mortgage, CreditExpert
allows you to check your report to ensure that it accurately
reflects your position. CreditExpert allows you to do this
online, any time and as often as you want. Experian helps you
to challenge anything with which you disagree.
CreditExpert also saves you time and trouble if you become a
victim of identity fraud. Experian has found that it takes, on
average, more than a year to discover an identity fraud and
over 400 hours to clear your name. CreditExpert's weekly
alerts mean that you quickly learn about any changes to your
Experian credit report. Experian's Victims of Fraud team will
help you to resolve any problems.
